Relationship Between Our Referral Partners (IBs) and Us

EdgeGraph FX has a referral partner program for what are called IBs. IBs are people who have entered into a partner agreement with us and introduce the services of EdgeGraph FX.

We pay IBs compensation based on the trading of accounts opened through their referrals. IBs are important partners in helping many people learn about the services of EdgeGraph FX.

At the same time, an IB is an independent partner under contract with us, and is not an employee or agent of EdgeGraph FX.

Therefore, articles, videos, social media posts, messages, and the like that an IB creates independently are the IB's own communications, not communications from us.

Solicitation Rules Set Out in the Partner Agreement

To ensure that referral activities are carried out to the same standard as all of our IBs, EdgeGraph FX sets out solicitation rules in the Partner Agreement.

Article 16 prohibits acts such as strongly pressing for trades or clicks solely to earn compensation, soliciting through explanations that differ from the facts, and spam.

In addition, Article 18 makes customer solicitation by methods such as the following grounds for termination of the contract.

• Exaggerated advertising
• Solicitation based on false or contradictory information
• Acts that violate investment methods or business practices
• Explanations that guarantee the customer's invested funds

Therefore, explanations such as “you will definitely make money,” “your principal is guaranteed,” or “using this automated trading software will surely produce profits” are not a method of referral that we permit for IBs.

If an act that violates the agreement is confirmed, we may take measures such as terminating the IB contract and forfeiting success fees. These rules are also intended to protect the trustworthiness of the referrals made by IBs who act in accordance with the agreement.

Our Notices and How to Spot Impersonation

EdgeGraph FX may send notices about campaigns and services.

These notices are also sent through our email newsletter.

However, we never ask for an additional deposit in order to withdraw, and we never ask for your password or MT5 investor password.

Also, no one claiming to be one of our staff will contact you from a personal LINE or Telegram account.

If you receive guidance like the following, it is not an official communication from us.

• You were asked for an additional deposit in order to withdraw
• You were asked for your password or MT5 investor password
• You were told to deposit into a personal bank account or wallet
• You received a message from a personal LINE or Telegram account claiming to be an EdgeGraph FX staff member

If you receive a suspicious message, do not make a deposit or share any information on the spot; instead, check the information on the official website.
