Important Notice Regarding Security Breaches at External VPS Providers
We have confirmed that some of our clients’ trading accounts were compromised and used for unauthorized trading by third parties following security breaches at external VPS service providers, including Onamae.com.
We sincerely sympathize with all clients affected by these incidents.
We kindly ask affected clients to contact our customer support team at support@edge-graph.com.
We will carefully review each case and respond promptly and responsibly, including providing compensation where appropriate.
We regard this incident as a serious matter that affects trust and confidence in the FX industry as a whole.
Furthermore, we will take a firm stance against those responsible for the unauthorized trading activities and cooperate with the relevant authorities as necessary.
To prevent further damage, we strongly encourage all clients to change their VPS service and trading account passwords and enable two-factor authentication wherever available.
